When I was 12 years old, my dad gave me his old Canon camera. I had no idea what I was doing, but I fell in love with the the magic that happened when I pushed a button that made a click and mysteriously created an image on a thin piece of brown plastic.

Since then, I haven’t been able to stop playing with this magic – although now the images appear on a fancy screen instead. Growing up across the globe, I realized I could hold on to those places, people, memories, and emotions if I just kept clicking away. So here I am. In short, I love what I do. I think, or hope, that means I must be doing something right.
